I invite you into your beautiful unfolding in a space that I longed for at the beginning of this inner work self-awareness, self-love, and self-actualization journey. I believe I can collaborate with you to help you move more joyfully into your desired state of being.

Curiosity and growth sessions

1:1 deep sessions that allow you to consider the infinite possibilities open to you when you allow for the receiving.

Our time together is for you to explore your aspirations in the ways that serve you.  

I create an intentional and deep space to allow you to be seen, heard, witnessed, and celebrated. In this dedicated, safe, informed, and nonjudgmental space, we will explore your curiosity and create the momentum for you to navigate your way to true freedom and personal growth and achieve the outcomes you desire in life. 

As we work together, you will experience the benefit of co-regulation, allowing you to examine those areas that may have made it too challenging for you to achieve your desired personal and professional life. For many of my clients, the barriers to growth will show up as blind spots, self-sabotaging behaviors, and self-limiting beliefs that are often difficult to identify and transform without intentional support.

Our work together will last for 6 months.


Our time together will include:

  • 3 - 45-minute 1:1 video calls per month (18 sessions over the six months)

  • 1 - focused integration week per month to reflect and integrate what you’re learning through the coaching process

  • Unlimited text and email support between scheduled sessions (M-F)

  • As-needed check-ins or quick coaching before important milestones (by phone or video call.)

Developing Positive Intelligence

Focused individual work with optional group coaching sessions designed to help you develop new skills and abilities to navigate your life with more ease, joy, and fulfillment and increase your emotional intelligence.

You’ll learn new frameworks that encourage positivity using a self-guided approach that takes just 15 minutes a day, with optional weekly group coaching.

Rooted in the research and concepts of Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence and combined with my own training and experience, this program will help you develop the skills you need to reduce stress and create greater access to your inner wisdom.

Our work together will last for 6 weeks.


This program includes:

  • Free Positive Intelligence Audiobook.  In the companion app, you can listen to the New York Times bestseller Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine at your leisure.

  • A companion and supportive app. A user-friendly app to support your daily mental fitness through a collection of exercises, coaching challenges, weekly video sessions, and a journal for you to log your progress.

  • 3 hours of group coaching. Each week, you can choose to participate in an optional 30-minute live coaching call with me and your cohort to help you integrate and reinforce your self-learning.

  • Unlimited text and email support from me. You will receive ongoing individual support and guidance via text or email for the program duration.
